Upon approval of this request, as a participating non-profit:

  • You must submit proof of non-profit status via email to concerts@garden-grove.org by June 23.
  • You must have a Garden Grove Business License to sell goods. For non-profits, an annual license is $26 and they can be purchased at City Hall, First Floor. Licenses are issued per address/site so if you already have one, it would just be $11. Submit proof of license via email to concerts@garden-grove.org at least one week before your date.
  • You must adhere to all applicable City, County, State and Federal Regulations.

Note: You must provide your own table and chairs. You may be limited to one table, no larger than 8-foot. Non-profits must provide their own canopy, table & chairs. If available, staff may provide these items for a set-up fee of $25. Please make checks payable to: GGCF.

You may sell food, clothing, etc. All applicants are subject to review by the committee. It is important to avoid all competing sales of similar items so it's an amicable outcome for all. To that end, if you elect to sell food, we ask that you select an item from the following menu: HOT DOGS, HAMBURGERS, or PIZZA (Depending on food truck availability)
